These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the kp66 platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software, content and services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by kp66 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator"). The Platform is accessible at https://kp66.cam/ and is directed at English-language users, including users based in Pakistan.

kp66 is an online gaming information and gaming services platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other person who accesses or uses any part of the Platform. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Pakistan Legal Notice: Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and applicable provincial legislation govern gambling activities within Pakistan. kp66 does not hold a licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority. Users located in Pakistan access this Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

In these Terms, the following defined terms carry the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account or participating in any game, bet or promotion offered on or through the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with:

• The kp66 Privacy Policy, accessible at /privacy-policy
• The kp66 Responsible Gambling Policy, accessible at /responsible-gambling
• Any specific promotional terms applicable to individual bonuses, free bets or special offers
• Any game-specific rules published by third-party game providers whose content appears on the Platform

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To register an Account and use the gaming services available on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction or the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be physically located in, or resident of, a Restricted Territory at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the Platform.
• Legal capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If local law renders you incapable of forming a valid contract, you may not use the Platform.
• One Account per person: Only one Account per natural person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.
• No self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or any voluntary or mandatory exclusion arrangement at the time of registration.
• No existing ban: Your Account must not have been previously suspended or permanently closed by kp66 for breach of these Terms.

To access the full range of services available on the Platform, you are required to register a personal Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address and residential address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

• Accuracy of information: All information provided during registration must be true and accurate. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or closure.
• Account credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your credentials with any third party. kp66 will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone.
• Notification of breach: You must notify kp66 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Liability for unauthorised use: kp66 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable steps to maintain their security.

kp66 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its licence obligations and anti-money laundering ("AML") policies. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card / CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet confirming account name, or bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah)
• A live selfie or video verification as required by the Operator's KYC procedures

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. The name on your identity documents must match the name on your registered Account and on any payment account used for deposits or withdrawals. kp66 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or close Accounts where KYC requirements are not met within a reasonable timeframe.

All deposits to your kp66 Account must be made using payment methods available in the Platform's cashier at the time of the transaction. The availability of any particular payment method is subject to change without notice and may vary by jurisdiction.

kp66 references certain payment brands familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for educational and contextual purposes only. These references do not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those providers, nor does kp66 warrant that any specific provider permits gambling-related transactions on their platform. Users must independently verify that their chosen payment method supports the intended transaction type under the provider's own terms and conditions.

• Minimum deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and displayed in the cashier. Indicative minimum: PKR 1,000. Actual minimums may vary.
• Currency: Accounts may be denominated in PKR or other currencies as offered by the Operator. Currency conversion rates are set by the Operator.
• Third-party payments: Deposits must be made from an account or wallet held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
• Fraud prevention: kp66 reserves the right to run anti-fraud checks on all deposit transactions and to suspend or reverse transactions suspected of being fraudulent or made in breach of these Terms.

kp66 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the following general bonus conditions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before withdrawal is permitted. Example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 10× rollover requires PKR 50,000 in qualifying bets.
• Maximum bet during bonus: While a bonus is active, individual bet amounts may be capped (e.g., PKR 1,000 per bet). Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a lesser percentage (e.g., 10–20%). Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have a validity window (typically 7 to 30 days from crediting). Unmet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any accumulated winnings.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held at any time. Opting in to a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may forfeit the earlier bonus.
• Abuse prevention: kp66 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to suspect systematic exploitation, bonus abuse, collusion or fraud.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. Processing times are indicative only; no guaranteed payout timeframes are warranted.

• KYC completion: All identity and payment verification requirements must be satisfied before any withdrawal is approved.
• Wagering compliance: Any active bonus wagering requirement must be completed or the bonus forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Account standing: Accounts under review, subject to a fraud investigation or with outstanding verification requests may have withdrawals paused until the matter is resolved.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the original deposit method. The Operator reserves the right to use an alternative method where the original method is unavailable.
• Processing times: Processing is subject to the Operator's internal review procedures and the timeframes of the relevant payment provider. Standard processing: 1–5 business days for most methods. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be processed faster subject to network confirmation requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any User found to be engaged in any of the following may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, with associated funds withheld pending investigation:

• Creating, operating or being involved with more than one Account on the Platform
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information
• Colluding with other users, including in multi-player games, to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or other technical means to gain an advantage or to place bets
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds or any other activity that violates applicable AML legislation
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs or errors in games or the Platform for financial gain
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, chargebacks or stolen payment instruments
• Threatening, harassing or abusing kp66 staff, other users or third parties associated with the Platform

kp66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes player welfare seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to assist users in managing their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the intellectual property of kp66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of kp66.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kp66, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Errors, interruptions or delays in Platform availability, including during live betting events such as PSL matches or ICC tournaments
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data
• Any actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors or other service providers

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of kp66 to you in respect of all claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which kp66 is licensed, as stated on the Platform. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute between you and kp66 that cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through the Operator's internal complaints procedure in the first instance, before pursuing any other remedies. kp66 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via a site notice, email communication or Account notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform. The current effective date of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.
